  1. Day of Initial Contact

  1. Day of Loan Application

    On the day of the initial loan consultation & a signed application agreement, our team mails or calls your client let them know that we appreciate their business and look forward to a smooth closing.
     
  2. During Process

    Your client receives a minimum 2 phone calls per week regarding the loan's progress & necessary documentation requirements. Within a day of receiving the signed purchase agreement, a member of our team will call your client to remind them that they are our most important priority and that we will take care of all the details. Included in this call is a reminder of any documents we may need for loan processing.
     
  3. Day of Loan Approval

    As soon as we receive final written loan approval, a member of our team will let your client know of the loan approval, that they remain very important to us, and that we appreciate their business and look forward to a smooth closing. Of course, we continue to be your best advocate.
     
  4. At Closing

    At or just prior to closing, a member of our team will review all settlement statements with your client and upon request, review these statements with you. As always, we will let your client know we appreciate their business and hope that we can be of continued service to them, their friends and family. MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE WILL ADVOCATE YOUR FUTURE SERVICES AS WELL!
     
  5. Newsletter Every Month

    Client receives a copy of our e-mail newsletter, detailing such topics as real estate, financial planning, insurance strategies, income tax reduction strategies, estate planning and wills & trusts.
     
  6. Rate Watch Report Every Month
